Coffee
As a remote worker before the pandemic, I spent many of my days perusing various coffee shops in Portland. I discovered what I liked and didn't like however it was a slow and tedious process having switched up coffee shops every time I went out.
Then when the pandemic hit, going out had to stop and I needed to find a way to make good coffee at home. Thus began my journey of finding exactly what I liked in coffee.
Inspired by Adam Whitlock's coffee page, this page catalogs my coffee gear and various likes, and dislikes with everything coffee.

Roasts and Roasters
I generally prefer lighter, natural processed roasts which trend fruity. If not enjoying an espresso, I enjoy Tetsu Kasuya's pourover method which allows me to better control the flavor between brews.
Here is a small list of roasts and roasters that I've enjoyed over time.

Whenever we go to Eugene we make a trip to pick up some fresh beans from here. They have roasted some of the fruitiest coffee I've ever tasted and I loved it.
